Phillip Nhekairo - Pr. Architect

Phillip was schooled at The High School of Art and Design in New York USA before
proceeding to Copperbelt University Zambia where he graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor`s
Degree in Architecture.
With 20 years industry experience, Phillip is an Architect who brings with him a
brilliant mind in Design, Project management and Contract administration. He has
considerable experience in hospitality and retail design.
Phillip served as the Chairman of the National Joint Practice Committee (NJPC) tasked
with upgrading the NJPC form of building contract for Zimbabwean construction Industry.
He also served as examiner for the Architects Council of Zimbabwe and President
of the Institute of Architects of Zimbabwe.

Philani Ndlovu - Project Manager
(Bsc Civil (hons), Msc. Real Estate)
Graduated with honours in Civil and Structural engineering and further completed
an Msc. Real Estate and Project Management with the University of Pretoria, Philani
is an astute specialist in project feasibility and value engineering.
Philani has 13 years Engineering, Project and Facilities Management experience.
His career has taken him to six (6) countries on the continent where he has been
involved as a lead Project Manager for large capital projects. He has the pleasure
of seating on several company boards including a listed regional bank

Pindai Makhalima - Pr. Quantity Surveyor
BSc QS (Hons), PMAQS
As a quantity surveyor and project manager of some 11 years experience Pindai holds
keen expertise in the preparation of project feasibilities, tender documentation,
and contract administration.
Pindai has worked on a wide range of projects including social housing, schools,
clinics, offices, upmarket residential developments and shopping centres developments.
